Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sportslodge.org (the "Site"), operated by Sports Lodge, an independent global movement and initiative currently led by Karolis Stasiūnas on an informal, unincorporated basis. Placeholder: to be revisited once Sports Lodge incorporates as a registered legal entity. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms cover use of the Site only — browsing pages, submitting forms, taking quizzes, and applying for our programs. They do not cover the separate terms of any Affiliate or License agreement, which are governed by their own signed contract and are not incorporated into, replaced by, or altered by these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting false information through our forms and quizzes, or using automated tools to scrape or overload the Site.

3. Quizzes & Applications

The Sports Industry DFY quiz and the Start/Relaunch Your Gym quiz provide an informal, first-pass indication of fit based on the answers you give — they are not a guarantee of acceptance, service, or outcome. Submitting the quiz, an Affiliate application, or a License application does not create any binding agreement; any such agreement is only formed through a separate, signed contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Sports Lodge name, logo, Codex, Core Principles, and written and visual content — belongs to Sports Lodge or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

5. No Payment Processing

The Site does not process payments. Affiliate, License and any related fees are arranged directly and off-site after an application is reviewed and approved.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is." Sports Lodge makes no warranty that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and does not guarantee any particular business, athletic, or financial outcome from using our content, quizzes, or programs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Lodge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under EU or local law where you reside.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
