The Codex

Every local chapter, license holder and affiliate operates under this codex. It isn't a marketing overlay. It's the standard the whole movement is held to.

The Codex: Five Core Principles

Built to run alongside the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Sustainable Development Goals.

  1. 01

    Belonging

No one masters anything alone. Every Sports Lodge is built as a place people belong to before it's a place they train.

  2. 02

    Self-Realisation

Physical mastery is the doorway. The work underneath it is becoming who you're capable of being.

  3. 03

    Unity in Diversity

One planet, one race, one goal. Sports Lodge draws no lines around who gets to belong.

  4. 04

    Integrity

What's promised in the room is what's delivered in the room. No performance culture without a values culture underneath it.

  5. 05

    Legacy Over Ego

Every leader we train is building something meant to outlast them — not a personal brand that dies when they stop showing up.

A Declaration of Independence

We hold that every human being carries within them the capacity for mastery — over their body, their mind, and their circumstances — and that this capacity is not the property of any nation, class, or institution.

We declare Sports Lodge independent of the culture that treats athletes as products and members as revenue. We declare it independent of the idea that motivation is enough, when what people actually need is a culture built to hold them.

We commit this movement — its gyms, its chapters, its licensees, its athletes and its volunteers — to Belonging, Self-Realisation, Unity in Diversity, Integrity, and Legacy Over Ego, wherever in the world it takes root.

One Planet. One Race. One Goal — Unite.
