Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Sports Lodge ("Sports Lodge," "we," "us," "our") is an independent global movement and initiative led by Karolis Stasiūnas, currently operating on an informal, unincorporated basis. Placeholder: this section should be revisited and updated once Sports Lodge incorporates as a registered legal entity. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit sportslodge.org or interact with our forms, quizzes and applications.
1. What We Collect
We collect the personal data you give us directly, including through our contact form, webinar registration, newsletter sign-ups, the Sports Industry DFY quiz, the Start/Relaunch Your Gym quiz, the Chapter License quiz, and Affiliate/License applications. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business details, and the answers you give in our quizzes and forms.
We also collect limited technical data automatically via analytics cookies (see Section 4 and our Cookie Policy), such as pages visited and general usage patterns.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to inquiries submitted via our contact form
- To register you for our monthly webinar and send you access details
- To score and route quiz responses (Sports Industry DFY quiz, Gym quiz) and follow up accordingly — including assigning qualified leads to our appointment setter, who contacts you directly
- To review Chapter License quiz responses and book your meet and greet call
- To process Affiliate and License applications
- To send newsletter content, where you've opted in
- To understand site usage and improve the website (analytics, where you've consented)
- To measure the performance of our marketing (Meta Pixel, where you've consented)
3. Third-Party Data Processors
We rely on the following third parties to process personal data on our behalf. We do not use any other third-party service to process visitor data beyond those listed here:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — receives and stores all form, quiz and application submissions (newsletter, DFY quiz, gym quiz, Chapter License quiz, Affiliate/License applications, contact form, webinar registration, GymFactory partnership strategy-call requests) so our team can follow up with you.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymised/aggregated usage data to help us understand how the site is used. Only loads after you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta Pixel — helps us measure the performance of our advertising. Only loads after you accept marketing cookies.
4. Cookies
We use necessary, analytics and marketing cookies. You control analytics and marketing cookies through the consent banner and cookie preferences available in the footer of every page. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
5. Payment Data
We do not collect or process any payment or card data on this website. Affiliate (£3,000/yr), License (£10,000) and any Gym Factory referral arrangements are apply-first — payment, where applicable, is arranged directly with you off-site after your application is reviewed.
6. Legal Basis & Your Rights (UK / EU GDPR)
Sports Lodge is active across the UK, Lithuania and other EU/EEA countries, and we process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Our legal basis for processing is typically your consent (for newsletters, marketing cookies and quiz follow-up) or our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry or application.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@sportslodge.org.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
