Our Gym Factory agreement is territory-specific: Sports Lodge is the official distributor for 28 US states rather than the US as a whole. Those states are Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
If your gym is located in one of these states, Sports Lodge is the Gym Factory distributor responsible for your territory.
The Gym Factory Range Available to US Buyers
Covered-territory customers get the full Gym Factory catalogue — over 180 machines manufactured in Lithuania to ISO-certified production standards. That spans push equipment like chest press and pec fly machines, pull equipment such as lat pulldowns and cable crossovers, leg machines including leg press and hack squat stations, cardio (treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers), core machines, multi-station rigs, and racks, benches and free weights. Every model carries Gym Factory's tiered warranty: 30 years on the frame and structural steel, 36 months on mechanical parts, 12 months on cables and belts, 6 months on upholstery.
Pricing in USD
Gym Factory prices its equipment in EUR, ex-VAT, from its Lithuania factory. The underlying Gym Factory equipment price does not change simply because the order is being supplied to the Northern US, and Sports Lodge does not apply a separate Northern US retail price to the equipment itself. A formal USD quote will use Gym Factory's EUR pricing as the reference point, with the final amount reflecting currency conversion and any applicable delivery costs, import duties, taxes or other destination-specific charges. Once your state is confirmed, we'll build the formal quote — Gym Factory typically turns quotes around within 48 hours, and orders proceed on a 50% deposit to enter production, with the balance due before shipment.
Delivery to the Northern US
Typical production lead time is 6–8 weeks. Inside the EU, Gym Factory ships within 1–2 weeks of production finishing; outside the EU — including the Northern US — Gym Factory's own guidance is that delivery may take longer than that. We don't have a fixed US lead time yet, so we'll give you a realistic window as part of your quote rather than a generic promise. Equipment ships disassembled where possible (some models are fully welded), bubble-wrapped, individually ID-tagged, and pallet-secured for the transatlantic journey.
How a United States Gym Owner Orders Through Sports Lodge
- Contact Sports Lodge or Gym Factory's US distribution contact with your equipment list, gym layout, and location.
- Receive a formal quote in USD, including the equipment pricing, applicable destination costs, and an estimated delivery window.
- A 50% deposit invoice is issued to confirm your order, and once paid, the order enters the production queue.
- Pay the remaining 50% once production is complete, before the equipment ships. A final balance invoice and payment reminder will be issued at this stage.
- The equipment will arrive directly at your location with door-to-door shipping. You’ll normally be responsible for unloading the machines, but if you need assistance with unloading, mention this during the quoting stage so the necessary arrangements can be made.
- Gym Factory's tiered warranty: 30 years on frame and structural elements, 36 months on mechanical moving parts, 12 months on cables and belts, and 6 months on upholstery. The warranty applies internationally, though service logistics vary by region, so confirm the details for Canada when you order.
