Why This Exists
Sports Lodge started as a dream during the hardest stretch of Karolis's life, post-crash and post-addiction, when what he needed wasn't more motivation. It was people who wouldn't let him fall back into who he used to be.
What started as a handful of local sessions became a movement carried into new cities by people who made the methodology their own.
